PRODUCTION

The infant milk powder production at LEET cooperation partner FIPROS Nutrition is equipped with a new state-of-the-art production line, maximizing food safety and food quality.
A digitalized production system combined with automized robot technology is one of the cornerstones of this high-tech production.​

All products are produced in full compliance with quality specifications and nutritional requirements.Our sample-making laboratory and manufacturing warehouse where your supplements are formulated are clean and well kept according to FSSC22000 routine inspections at GMP standards.

Quality assurance

All raw material are tested according to the food safety systems in place.

Food quality control is also carried out by external laboratories which peak competences e.g. in infant milk powder. Full traceability is of course a standard.


To secure the quality, the production has been structure in different zones and systems:

• Four hygiene zones (unclassified, green, yellow and red).
• Advanced sluice system secures safe in- and outlet of raw materials, packaging material, finished goods, employees, loose items or spare parts.
• Clear separation between products via dry cleaning.
• Separated visitor walkways and observation windows allow for following the production process without having to enter the production rooms.

Food safety

• Highest food safety standards throughout the entire production process.
• HACCP analysis ensures highest hygiene level:
• Especially appointed operators
• 3 hygiene zones with sluices
• Sieves

CCPs facilitate the control of critical points:
• Qualification of RM, SFG and FG
• UV-treatment of empty packaging

• Seaming control

Facilities

• Brand-new production facility for infant- and milk-powder opened in spring 2020.
• Offers newest technology to formulate and pack infant powder stage 1-3 and other
high-quality milk-based powders.
• Processing of organic as well as conventional milk powders possible.

Packaging

The standard packing solutions ensure maximum efficiency and cover can sizes of Ø99 mm and Ø127mm. Packed in boxes of 12 cans and respectively 6 cans.

Others:

• Aeration and UV-treatment of empty cans and lids.
• Provides state of the art data collection, serialization and traceability at any stage of the supply chain.
